The solar array located on the rooftop of First Solar’s Frankfurt (Oder), Germany manufacturing facility is just one example of the company’s commitment to green energy. This solar array was built in only four months, using 17,000 First Solar photovoltaic (PV) modules with enough power to serve approximately 366 average local homes. The facility is a key contributor in helping Germany shift toward renewable resources.
